Principal, Rev. Lawrence Arthur Lightfritz, son of Moses & Florence (Thomas) Lightfritz, died June 30, 1955 in the Ellwood City Hospital of Acute Coronary Thrombosis while trying to hand crank start a tractor. Buried in Westlawn Cemetery, Canton, Stark Co., OH.
